Custom 3D Printing, CAD Design & 3D Scanning in Duncan and the Cowichan Valley
Broken part? Can't find a replacement anywhere? Bristle & Craft runs a small 3D printing workshop in the Cowichan Valley. Josh, an engineer, designs and prints parts in-house on a fully enclosed Prusa CORE One+.
3D printing services
Replacement parts & prototypes
Brackets, clips, knobs, jigs, enclosures and one-off parts, from a single piece to a short run.

Tough materials
PETG, ASA and nylon, plus glass- and carbon-fibre reinforced blends for strength, heat and UV resistance.
Moulds & forms
Custom shapes for casting projects.
Finishing
Clean-up and post-processing: sanding, smoothing and assembly.
The workshop
- Printer: Prusa CORE One+, fully enclosed with a heated chamber
- Build volume: 250 × 220 × 270 mm
- Filament drying and storage for consistent, strong prints
How it works
- Send a photo of the part, or a sketch with measurements (text, email or message).
- Josh confirms what's possible, the material and a quote.
- The part is designed, printed, checked and ready for local drop-off or an arranged pickup in the Cowichan Valley.
Common questions
Can you copy a part I already have?
Usually, yes. A broken part can be measured or scanned and redrawn in CAD, often stronger than the original.
Do I need a 3D file?
No. A photo and a few measurements are enough to start. STL and other common 3D files are welcome too.
Tell me what you need: send a photo of the part to get started.
